We have selected two wonderful lodging options for our guests to explore: Big Sur Lodge and The River Inn.

There will be shuttle service to and from Big Sur Lodge and The River Inn for all events (see “TRANSPORTATION” section below).

Additional rooms may be found at the absolutely gorgeous Glen Oaks, which is right down the road. However, there is no room block so this will be first come, first serve with the general public.

In the event anyone lodges at Glen Oaks, that location will also be included in the shuttle service. Just let us know ahead of time so we can include you.

If you will have a personal vehicle, are comfortable driving on the cliff roads into Big Sur, and are certain you’ll have a driver who does not intend to drink at the events, we encourage you to explore lodging in Carmel by the Sea. It’s a relatively short drive with such beautiful scenery you’ll wish you could drive longer. 

Checking Carmel is also recommended for those who find the lodging in Big Sur cost prohibitive, or for those booking after all other lodging has sold out.

If all lodging is sold out, please check to see if any rooms have become available outside of the room block as some guests may have cancelled.

If you will not have access to a vehicle but all lodging is sold out or you find that it is cost prohibitive, please reach out to us and we’ll see what can be arranged to help you attend!

We would rather help drive you in from Carmel than have you not attend at all.

There will be shuttle service on a loop to take guests to and from our events.

If you are running late, or you need to leave early and the event is not at your lodging of choice, please find the shuttle or wait at the designated shuttle pick-up and drop-off locations. One will be with you shortly.

Because The Village is right next to The River Inn, the shuttle service will not be picking guests up at The River Inn for this event.
